- Chicken 500g
- Chef's art Chipotle seasoning 25g
- Chef's art Demi glace sauce powder 50g
Instructions
- Marinate chicken breast with Chef’s Art Chipotle seasoning & Oil
- Allow it to rest for 2-4 hours
- Cook it in 200ºC to 220ºC preheated Grill for 15-25 minutes based on thickness of Chicken
Demiglace sauce
- Mix Chef's Art Demi Glace Sauce Powder with 400 ml water & cook further
- While boiling, check for the desired consistency
- Reduce flame & simmer for 1 minute
- Your demi glace sauce base is ready to use for dressing
