Ingredients
- Oil 50g
- Garlic Ginger Paste 20g
- Salt 5g
- Sunbay Rogan josh gravy 200g
- Water 750ml
- Spicefield Bay leaf (whole) 1g
- Spicefield Black Cardmom (whole) 1g
- Spicefield Green Cardmom (whole) 4g
- Spicefield Clove(whole) 4g
- Mutton 250g
- Ghee 20g
- Chopped Coriander 5g
Procedure for Mutton Preparation
- Take oil, add spicefield whole garam masalas (from recipe) and add mutton and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add salt (as per recipe), add water and simmer till mutton is cooked (with lid on)
Cooking Procedure
- In the prepared mutton (as indicated above) add Sunbay Rogan Josh gravy from packet.
- Simmer for another 15 minutes. Finish with chopped coriander and ghee (as per recipe)
